Training and Technology Transfer Network
The TTN network has a partnership network between mechanisms and enterprises of the OptoNet registered association (authority network of the BMBF for optical technologies as a goal) and Partners from central east and South-east Europe to preferably establish to authority carriers to optical technologies and image processing from the fields of universities. In addition, in a first step on konsortialer basis training and transfer nodes are intended - to establish TTN - and/or to accompany if necessary also the establishment of legally independent transfer places. In order to reproach a broad know-how from Germany, over cooperation also different networks for image processing and optical technologies of the German research scene are included into the partnership networks.
Over cooperation with organizations of the economy lasting effects are aimed at by purposeful training and training programmes. The partners (preferably university partners) from central and Eastern European countries are included actively in the training and user projects as research and development offerers, since over them the transfer of technology is to be accompanied on a long-term basis and lastingly locally.
The TTN will support in addition also the exchange of engineering personnel, in order to ensure thereby the direct Head to Head transfer.
