On 25th November 2008 will take place in Warsaw, a Polish-German cooperation event on optical technology and image processing.
Organizers are the Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF), the Association of Industrial Research Associations "Otto von Guericke" e.V. (AIF) and the Contact Office of intec.net in Warsaw.
The aim of the event should be, to generate R & D projects between German and Polish companies and research institutes. The target group are Polish industrial companies.
The special highlights are an "Amos" presentation to "3-D image processing", a beginner course "Industrial image processing" of "Vision Academy" and a speech about "The Polish government programs" of the German Embassy in Warsaw.
This took place a lecture on "trends and opportunities in the image analysis and processing". It was invented by all partners submit offers of cooperation and partnering in different rounds of a future cooperation on specific project-related matters. Furthermore,it was developed a concept for further cooperation in the network.
This took place a free project and information day to Mobile 3D measurement technology in the industrial quality process, optical inspection of drill holes and grinding, technical cooperation in the areas of signal and image analysis, embedded vision, process control and monitoring.
Respectively from 11.00 - 11.30 was a lecture on the topic "Introduction of Vision Academy in the UK" in Hall 10 at the premises of IPOT (Imaging, Photonics and Optical Technology) in Birmingham (UK). The speaker was Mr Jahr (Training Director Vision Academy).
The first TTN- meeting was on 13th Feb 2007 at the University of Warsaw.
