Training and Transfer Network
New market opportunities created by innovative Training and Technology Transfer Network TTN
Our vision is to create a network for cooperation with Eastern Europe in the frames of the European integration. In the first step we want to open up strategic partnerships with universities and industry for a platform for technology exchange, particularly latest research results from Germany and Eastern Europe.
The goal is to connect R&D results and potentials in common interest and to realize know-how transfer through training and industrial user projects Europe-wide. We want to encourage partners and companies to strike out on new paths.
To achieve this goal, we follow up the High-Tech Strategy by carrying out the following actions:
- organizing events and workshops for knowledge transfer
- creating a “transfer bridge” between Germany and Eastern Europe by founding of Training and Transfer Nodes - TTNs
- distribution of information and R&D results from optonet e.V., Fraunhofer and other German networks
- connecting the TTNs to a network and imbedding into German and East European networks
